No redistribution or exploitation without written permission.
Compliance with all applicable laws is required.

5. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

All TunePlus materials, software, and designs are owned or licensed by TunePlus. You may not copy, sell, or create derivative works.

6. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of your content.

License: You grant TunePlus a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, distribute, and deliver your content to digital service providers.

Warranties: You confirm that all uploaded content is legally owned or licensed by you.

7. Prohibited Uses

Illegal or unlawful activity
Uploading malware or malicious code
Unauthorized access to other accounts
Use of bots, scrapers, or automation
Reverse engineering the platform

8. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining account security. TunePlus may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

9. Fees and Payments

Prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.
All payments are non-refundable unless specified.
UPCs and ISRCs are provided for TunePlus use only.

10. Termination

TunePlus may terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Limitation of Liability

TunePlus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous twelve (12) months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TunePlus is headquartered.
